Isle residents ages 2 to adults have a choice of dance classes starting this week at the YMCA. The classes will be in the afternoons on different days, starting at 3 p.m. or later.

Tiptoe Toddlers for ages 2-3 will teach fancy footwork, ballet fun and stretches with games and dance routines. Ballet/Tap will have the Dancing Darlings group for ages 4-5 and the Tap and Twirl group for ages 6-12. Jazz It Up will have a group for ages 6-12, while the teens/adults will have a jazz group with edgy ballet and Broadway style mix.

Hip Hop Funk, for ages 6 through adult, will help dancers learn natural rhythm, musicality to beats and turn natural movement into hip hop.
